links to the left were created in cells. Here is how I did it: Create a table with two columns. Drag the border between the cells to allow the left column to be 100 pixels. Insert a nested table into the left cell. Text can be placed into the right cell of the table.
Remove the borders of the tables. Some fiddling is required to get it just right. To get the desired effect right click on the cell or table and choose the properties that you need to change. |

To enable the rollover effect, right click on the page and
choose Page Properties, then Background and Enable Hyperlink Rollover Effects
and create the style that you like.
Note: If you are using a
Theme for your site the rollover effect will not be available because the Theme controls
the background.
