Open Front Page. This is the window that opens.

           Click and hold the File Menu and move the mouse down to New, slide over to Web

Choose Empty Web from the next window. Take notice of where you will be placing the new web. See the location under Options on the right side of the screen.

This is the next window. We will save our work. Click File Save As. See the next screen shot.

                                                    This screen appears next.

Next is this screen. Be sure to save this as index.html. This is very important. The first page of a new website must be index.html

                This is the final screen. Now that it is saved we can create our page.
